What are the documents needs to be submitted to get this PAN ID?
To get this ID, your PAN Card and Bank Passbook are sufficient. Canceled Check or Bank Statement will also be accepted instead of Bank Passbook.
In how many days ID will be issued after applying for KYC PAN ID?
The ID will be issued immediately on the same day you apply for the ID.
What is the difference between NSDL MOBILE APP PAN APPLICATION ID and this NSDL WEB APPLICATION PAN ID?
There is no difference between the two, both do the same job. In Mobile App, you can apply via mobile , In this web application, you can apply via Laptop or Desktop.
In Mobile App, you can install this application only on one Mobile. So you cannot apply for PAN when you are not in your office. Through this Web Application your Staff can apply for PAN card even when you are not in office.
Is Mobile Number must be Linked with Aadhaar to apply PAN for this Portal?
It is not necessary to link Mobile Number with Aadhaar. Those who do not link Mobile Number with Aadhaar can apply through Biometric Device.

Father’s name will appear in the PAN CARD as usual
Once the Physical PAN Card is received to the applicant, he/she can put his/her signature on it and use. The signature does not need to be uploaded separately.
Linking Mobile Number with Aadhaar is not mandatory.If Customer has linked his mobile number with Aadhaar you can apply via Mobile OTP.
Suppose if he has not linked his Mobile number with Aadhaar, you can Apply Via Biometric Device.

INSTANT E PAN THROUGH INCOME TAX WEBSITE
Only E-pan is available.
Father’s name will not be included in E-pan. So It will not be accepted in many Governemnt offices.
Also, when making a correction application in a separate portal to get a physical pancard, the application will be accepted only if two Proofs are attached as proof of the father’s name.
It does not contain the applicant’s signature.
E-pan application can be done only if mobile number is linked with Aadhaar.
Any error while applyingIn case of (Server issue), it will take long time to get the E-pan to the applicant.
Can PAN card be applied for all types of names (NAME WITH INITIAL & NAME WITHOUT INITIAL) through this KYC PAN PORTAL?
As of now, You can Apply Pan card via this portal for those who have full name in their Aadhaar.
For example, if a person’s name in Aadhaar is Satheesh or Satheeh Kumar. Since he has Full Name You can apply pancard for this customer.
But if his name is Satheesh K then you cannot apply through this.
As Per NSDL, In Future this portal will be made available to apply PAN CARDS for all types of names Including Name with Initials.
Is it possible to put a recently taken photograph of the applicant on the PAN card applied for through this portal?
Until now, this facility is not available. Since the data is taken from Aadhaar, the same photo as in Aadhaar will appear on the PAN card. But NSDL is planning to bring a separate photo upload facility in future.
Does the PAN card applied through this AADHAAR KYC bear the signature of the applicant?
It includes the applicant’s signature on the PAN card. It is not necessary to upload the applicant’s signature while applying for PAN card.
Once Physical Pan Card received by the applicant, there will be a section where he can put his signature on it.
Can I apply for MINOR PAN CARD and CORRECTION PAN CARD through this?
Till now Minor PAN CARD and PAN CARD Correction cannot be applied through this portal.
But In future NSDL will make necessary changes to apply Correction Pan Cards and Minor Pan Cards.
